Obviously I don't know the manga/anime parodied by this doujin (I have to admit, I'm not a big anime fan), but it's pretty easy to get the connections with the original work here. There's a girl that comes from Tokio, and her friend; that's pretty much everything you need to know to appreciate this short doujin.
