Let's start saying that this tentacle fest is sadly a short one, the entire doujin is only 10 pages long. We're introduced to a short and intense anal-dildo action by Nakoruru (I've already said how much I see her adept to passive roles in hentai), followed by a weird situation, open to interpretations.
