This author always leaves me with mixed feelings; it's hard to rate his works objectively, cause on a side there are the interesting contents -heavy and kinky with a nice hint of trashy- but on the other there's how he deliver those contents. It isn't just the style but also the overall feeling, as he's always trying to impress with the characters doing weird stuff but forgetting to make them look good in the process. Haito seems like a kid with many ideas (though sometimes his works falls in a usual patterns) that is too impatient to move onto the next and make things with haste. Or he's just scarce at drawing... I really can't say.
The story takes place in the virtual world of Sword Art Online. Or ALF Heim... actually I've just read the plot somewhere and it's hard to tell the difference, not that it matters anyway. In this virtual reality MMORPG there are many interesting features like rapes, orgies and an incredible amount of cum. The protagonist, Asuna, submits to the blackmail of a bunch of other players to make them stop killing her Blood Knight comrades (apparently if you die on SAO, you die in real life too). Like any man genuinely interested in the other sex, they make her do any filthy thing they can think of (as you can see from the tags you can expect a lot of pee and scat) and she obviously starts to like it, in the exciting broken mind kind of hentai.
As I said before, the quality is badly fluctuating. I sincerely like some of his illustrations in this book -that I find is overall better than his average work- but he has this soft spot for weird and silly faces that are way too ironic or just plain ugly. I like how this author throws in a lot of details, and I appreciate that he doesn't have fear to break some aesthetic standards showing a really trashy side of sex; unfortunately you just can't compensate the lack of skill with enthusiasm alone.
