Three is the perfect number, but even it isn't enough to contain all the marvel that a serie like Oshikko Sensei is capable to give to its readers. That's why there's a fourth one, and we're gonna review it today.
If you already know the premise, you may be expecting a lot of medical play, catheters and urethral insertions. You're wrong. Actually you're not, and I'm just joking, since you're gonna find an extreme amount of medical kinkiness here.
But don't think to see just sounding and pee holes, since this doujin is above all made of love. Yes, love. Every gesture, expression is permeated with tender feelings here, and the kinkiness is only a way to express an intimate relationship, as it should always be. Ok, kinkiness without any love is nice too, but let's don't digress.
As you can see from the preview posted here, this issue will bring a great novelty, probably hoped by many of those especially fond of oshikko sensei herself. We're used to see her in a perfectly chaste nurse uniform, while here she'll be at home, taking the chance to relax and show us a body to die for. She's young, pretty and petite; a build that complements perfectly the tender bodies of her patients.
Today the lucky one will be her niece, and our lovely relatives have two full days to enjoy an exaggeratedly thorough examination. Another exaggerated thing is little Maki's bladder capacity, extremely more capacious than the norm for her age. Something suggest me that it's not only a natural gift, but I don't want to speculate.
I'm not gonna insist over the fact that Ogu drawing skill is perfect, except that I've just done that. Maki is terribly cute, our Sensei is terribly beautiful, a cute kind of beauty that doesn't need two mountain-like tits to make us understand that she's older than the little girls from her school (and family). The author is terribly good in expressing their feelings with terribly cute expressions.
I'm terribly hoping that we'll see a thousand more Oshikko doujins, because the world needs those.

Let's return to the magical world made of catheters, urethral sounds, little girls, pee-holes and glasses. Obviously I'm talking about Oshikko sensei, and if it seem a weird place it's because it obviously is.
On our third visit we add (a lot of) anal and (a bit of) forcing to the well tested menu. The lovely Tomo-chan is already our acquaintance, since we've briefly meet her at the ending of the first volume. Back then she mentioned some problem about her tummy, or as she specify inside her ass. This time we get to exactly know and see what's inside her ass, and what more get there.
There's a little change of mood here, since the girl isn't fond of pee-hole games, but if you already know our sensei you can be sure that she's not gonna give up so easily that examination. So, she get a little carried away resulting in some pain and discomfort for Tomo-chan, but this actually doesn't manage to vanquish the cute and harmonious feeling that reign supreme in Oshikko Sensei.
You can expect the same kawaii goodness from Ogu, a killer mix made of accurate (somehow) anatomic internal views and excessively lovely lolis. This time prepare yourself to be surprised to know how much a little girl can manage to receive inside her in an hentai ~

There's a whole category of sexual games called 'medical play', it's not very famous, and there's a good chance that you've never heard it before. Its main focus is simulating a medical session, somehow an adult reprisal of the evergreen doctor play, that everyone of us has enjoyed in his childhood.
Since we're adult now, we can use a lot of technical and sometimes scary tools to add atmosphere to the game, and lots of excitement. It's kind of a niche fetishism, widely ignored in porn (except some gyno-exam videos, but they appeal more to the voyeuristic spirit), so it's not a surprise that hentai ignored it as well. Until Oshikko sensei.
In this lovely manga serie (it's currently ongoing, and I hope for a long long serie) the school infirmary, dear to everyone who reads hentai, takes back its original meaning of infirmary. No more a generic room full of beds to have an easy fuck at school, but the sacred place of medical wisdom that it's supposed to be. Maybe there's not too much wisdom, ok, but for sure we have a lot of medical kinkiness.
We meet Oshikko sensei and her first patient, a delicious student having some problems with her pee hole. Nothing that our heroine can ignore, and that can't be helped with a thorough examination.
In this issue we learn what's Takeo-sensei passion: thorough examinations deep in the urethra, and deeper.
That's one of those manga that trow an excessive amount of wonderful details to the reader, and leaves him in wonder. Oshikko sensei herself isn't the absurd overtly sexual character often found in school infirmaries, but a cute young woman, absolutely believable in her role. The relationship with her student is perfect, we are given a lot of hints to understand how it's deep and the complicity between the two. And the art. Those soft lines are an overkill in an already intriguing story. One of the few doujins that I would like to rate 10 stars in a 1/5 range.
