This doujin can be quite confusing. Actually I'm not sure about what this doujin is. It's part of the junk doujins, from the Chill-Out circle; now the problem is that there's a main serie, and some spin-offs.
This doujin is often referred as "junk 1", as the first of the main serie, but it's not the case. Junk 1 is another doujin (actually impossible to find (for me at least)), and there's also a junk 0 (equally impossible to find).
This is the fist of the "inbaku no miku" spin-off, and someone thinks that it's also the second of the main serie (probably because there's no info at all about the actual junk 2).
That said, let's see what this doujin has to offer. If you love tentacle, anal, scat, some yuri in a forced/humiliation settings, probably this is gonna be a little paradise for you. It's for me.
The protagonist is Nakoruru from the Samurai spirits games. I don't know why, but hentai love to see her in abused roles, and I have to agree that she's great in those. Now, there's no translation available, but it's not too hard to get the basics of what's going on.
Rimururu (her little sister) is missing, so she rush searching for her, and find her nude in a cave. It comes out that she's somehow controlled, or corrupted, by some kind of who-knows-what, that is interested in getting the big sister along the younger one. What follow is the efforts of Nakoruru to fight the who-knows-what to free Rimururu, ending up being anally used by the little sister, then by an assortment of tentacles, and then by some somehow humanoid creatures.
In this doujin the pen of Fukami Naoyuki is a bit acerb, but nonetheless I appreciate the art, and the few flaws doesn't spoil the fun for me. The story is quite long, with 30 pages of action plus some nice illustrations. I love long actions in hentai, and it's somehow rare to see (at least, for the same scene) so it's a big plus for me.
So, as I anticipated, if you're into anal, tentacle, scat/enema, forced/humiliation you're going to find some fun here. If you're into all of those, and into long action, then you're gonna find a lot of fun ~
