All hail his majesty Inoue Kiyoshirou! I am serious. This man, with his art alone, could get a 5 star review even without the resemblance of a story. I have a thing for public use kind of stories, especially when it's not only tolerated, but encouraged and regulated by an authority such the government or, like in this case, a school.
This do not means that my judgement is biased in his favour. The protagonist of this story is peculiar in her look, different from many of the classic models (loli-like, slim but busty, or in some case extremely plump girls), she has a normal aura around her that suits her well.
To reduce lack of attention during lessons, this particular school come up with a solution that focuses on relieving sexual needs of both students and professors. To do so, girls must take turns in servicing everyone during both lesson time and breaks, leading to an improbable (and funny) turn of events. There's not a simple crescendo towards the sex scene, but a wise mix that will make you enjoy every page.
As i stated before: this is pure gold. You can actually feel the touch of a professional mangaka in both drawing and storyboarding. Even characters that appear in the background have their own look and personality; every page simply overflows with details, genitals are at the same time very realistic yet so opulent and overly sexual that are magnets for the eye. Nothing less than perfection.
